If you only work with MakuluLinux using LiveMedia (DVD/USB installer stick), and you want to do a task that requires Administrative rights, it asks for the password. That password is makulu

If you are using one of the ova images you imported into VirtualBox, it is the same password, but you can change it if you want to.

When you boot into either, the iso images, or the imported VirtualBox installations, they should logon automatically. Sometimes though it can happen that it gets stuck at the login window. If that happens, just reboot, it is very likely that the next time it will login automatically.
