Hi, I paid the $33 for pro but when i downloaded the ISO it does not work! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

why didn’t you open a bug report ticket so progress could be tracked ?
what seems to be the problem ? you were very vague in specifying the issue. are you having problems making a bootable usb ? install problems ?
I recommend you check the md5 sum of the iso, make sure it downloaded correctly, try redownloading it again. Also dont use unknown iso makers, use something that is widely compatible, something like “Unetbootin” or “Etcher”.
