Downloading MAX/Pro

Greetings all, I am having an issue upgrading to MAX/PRO, It took my payment of $33.00 no issues, but when I went to download the upgrade ISO it ran for about 10 minutes and failed but said it was download complete with 0 bytes and firefox will not let me restart the down load,does anyone at all have or had a similar issue? and does anyone know what can be done about it (obviously without paying $33.00 again) I find Makululinux very interesting and would really like to upgrade it and get to know and make better use of it. The developer(s) seem to have done a remarkable job.
